Mini Asda Haul

This is expected to be another short and sweet post as my spending has been rather limited between being consistently underpaid by work and the fact that I’ve been on a shed hunt. I have however allowed myself a few things this month and I bet you could have a rather accurate guess at what may be included. too

Reuniting with High School friends

High school reunions are something of which everyone has heard of and many have attended. Whilst these are, I think, typically ten years after leaving high school, myself and the old group decided to organize an unofficial reunion between us, almost a full eight years after leaving West Leeds High School in June 2008!

Pub Lunch Mother/Daughter Date

After working for nineteen days without a day off and both myself and my Mom feeling really ill at different parts throughout, we figured it were only right that we have a treat after a doctors appointment today, therefore off we went to our local pub for some grub!

Bag Essentials for a Night Out

I ventured out a little while ago to celebrate a friends birthday and there were a slight accident of which saw me bleeding and needing a prompt clean up. This has since then had me thinking about the absolute must haves to pop into a clutch before heading out on the town for a night. I felt that this would be an important matter of which to highlight when pondering must have emergency cosmetics supplies! I hope you will also enjoy viewing some photographs taken on the night and the accompanying OOTD/FOTD.

Festive Frolics

MERRY CHRISTMAS! That’s it, it’s officially Christmas Eve and tomorrow we will all be stuffing ourselves silly with a wide range of tasty delights, ripping open wrapping paper to reveal our awaiting gifts and celebrating with loved ones. Today is all about sharing my best wishes with you and dropping in my already experienced holiday events with an outfit of the day and make-up of the day! Read on to join in with the jubilation!

Christkindelmarkt & OOTD/FOTD

Christmas is coming and along with it breeds a multitude of pop up German markets across the country. This happens every year and by some blasphemous occurrence I had still yet to sample the joy in full HD of the delights the Leeds version holds. I have popped into the market in previous years but have never spent much time there or been with more than one person therefore it’s never really held magic to it’s full potential. This year however is different, celebrating something my friends and I like to call ‘Billingsmas’, we all were on our way for a lovely start to the Christmas (or Billingsmas) festivities.

I didn’t burst into flames!!!

Today’s post I guess is a little more of an account of a recent event I attended and an appreciation of relationships with the people I care about. Two greatly cherished friends of mine got married at the weekend, two of the most kind-hearted, loving, respectful, funny and intelligent people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I can’t imagine anybody better suited for either of them and I’m so incredibly elated for both Mark and Nadia. Whilst on this note, I’d like to take the opportunity again to congratulate them and wish them every happiness in their lives together. You are both amazing, beautiful people and deserve the very best of everything. Thank you for inviting me to share your special day, I had an absolute blast and will always have my own very fond memories to keep. You both looked absolutely sensational and I felt very proud indeed, you even managed to get both myself and Aimee crying – which neither of us expected in a million years!
